I fully understand and acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary and that I may choose to leave at any time. Additionally, I acknowledge that Escape Duck provides an “Escape Experience” that is designed for team-building, team-work, group activity and fun. I also acknowledge that no results or guarantees are made or implied by Escape Duck, and that the experience is dependent upon my participation. I further agree to follow the rules as outlined in writing or verbally by Escape Duck staff.
I acknowledge and understand that Escape Duck Escape Room strongly recommends abiding by all state & county laws/codes/orders, and offers PPE (such as masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc) to all clients. I acknowledge & understand that Escape Duck, and its owners, cannot guarantee that I will not contract an illness while coming, going, or attending an experience at Escape Duck.
I agree, and allow Escape Duck Escape Room to use my name and likeness, picture and/or video. This may be used for marketing purposes, posting a photo on Escape Duck social media and/or website, etc. I understand that I may opt-out of allowing Escape Duck to use my name and likeness by contacting [email protected].
By booking any game, you agree to the terms and conditions of Escape Duck Escape Room, located at 19271 Colima Road E, Rowland Heights, CA, 91748, as set forth and communicated to me both in writing and/or verbally.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any request for refund or cancellation must be received in writing, at least 72 hours prior to event time, via email to [email protected]. If the cancellation request is received after the deadline, we cannot issue a refund. However, we are happy to allow one reschedule, free of charge. Any subsequent rescheduling will incur a $35 rescheduling fee.
Group Events (15 – 50 people) must provide at least ten days written (email) notice, as it affects staffing levels. We understand life happens, and are happy to work with you to reschedule.
All refunds will only be made using the original form of payment. All approved refunds are subject to an admin fee to offset our costs. We do not require your credit card number to refund (that information is encrypted & protected.)
